Brought our Maverick in for a Recall. It took longer than they thought, but they did call to let me know. When I picked it up I thought the seatbelt was not working properly, but was una It took longer than they thought, but they did call to let me know. When I picked it up I thought the seatbelt was not working properly, but was unaware that was affected by the repair. I had to run some errands, thought about it and decided to check passenger seatbelt. The passenger seatbelt didn’t even work. So, I called Service and they asked for me to return and they would have a look. With groceries (some frozen food) I returned. I also noticed a scratch on the dash right in front of the steering wheel…which definitely wasn’t there. This is a brand new vehicle….so disappointing! They were able to fix the problem. The seatbelts just weren’t correctly put back in place when the repair was completed. Sharon in Service was great as she kept me informed of what was going on. And did offer me a Loner if it was necessary. The dash piece is going to be replaced, but Sharon informed me that it is on back order. More

Very organized although salesman that negotiated deal with me was not in the day I undecidedly showed up to get my trade appraised the whole team was aware of who I was and being he had all the particula with me was not in the day I undecidedly showed up to get my trade appraised the whole team was aware of who I was and being he had all the particulars written down I was able to return home with my new wheels!The rest of the staff were just awesome in helping me complete the deal and transfer my belongings to new ride then they even iced the cake by filling the tank with gas!
