He made himself available to us via email, text, and phone, and stayed late to accommodate our schedule. When Nick didn't know the answer, he was truthful with us, took the time to find out, and disseminated the information to us in a timely manner. Erin in finance was personable, friendly, and kept in contact with us via text. She too was a wealth of knowledge and is incredibly efficient at her job. Tom was so kind as to allow us to borrow the vehicle we were considering purchasing over night which clinched the deal for us! He also made a point to follow up with me upon delivery of the vehicle and thanked us again for our business. I was impressed with Lally's COVID-19 policies in that a sign was posted on the showroom door "mask required", there was a sign in sheet being utilized for potential contact tracing, the staff were wearing masks, there was hand sanitizer available every where we looked, and there was a clear divider at each desk for even further protection.
