Terrible Experience I bought a brand new car at this dealership, when it was totalled, they didnt even offer a loaner car. They only would sell me a new car, they didnt I bought a brand new car at this dealership, when it was totalled, they didnt even offer a loaner car. They only would sell me a new car, they didnt offer any money for my extended warranty. They were only out for themselves, not the customer and whatever money they can get outta me. I wont go back. :( More

Sales reps do not contact you if the vehicle has sold.. they Sales rep confirms vehicle is still for sale and makes an appointment with me for the day after. I show up to the appointment sales rep then tells me Sales rep confirms vehicle is still for sale and makes an appointment with me for the day after. I show up to the appointment sales rep then tells me "Oh sorry vehicle sold yesterday" I had to drive 45 minutes from LaSalle and leave work early.. No phone call, e-mail or anything to let me know it sold.. They promised me a gas voucher to compensate my wasted time but didn't get back to me when i asked for it.. Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional I would never recommend these guys to anyone. TERRIBLE DEALER 0 stars. More

They were so helpful (over a long period of time) to help me find the exact 2018 Magnetic Grey SE that I wanted. They also had options to get out of my lease, which I found went above and beyond. Thanks again guys! More
