The best experience by far I started my new car shopping in early April to take advantage of dealer incentives. I went to seven dealerships and test drove five vehicles. Hyundai I started my new car shopping in early April to take advantage of dealer incentives. I went to seven dealerships and test drove five vehicles. Hyundai Santa Fe, Kia Sportage, Mazda CX 5, Honda CRV and Nissan Rogue. I had a check list of things I wanted and didn't want and was able to narrow it down to two choices; Mazda CX 5 and Honda CRV.THE BAD, I then went back to a Honda dealer with the intention of negotiating better price than I first got based on my cold calls and research with other dealers. What I got from them was lots of pressure and promises that if I committed to buy they would look after me. They played games with trade in value and in the end came back with the same offer they originally presented. In the end frustrated we had to walk out of the dealership. NOW THE GOOD. I went to back to Lallo Mazda for my second visit. Ted was nice and accommodating on first visit with absolutely no pressure. We took the CX 5 out again for a test drive came back and got pricing from Ted and Jeff. Again I had done my research with other Mazda dealers and informed them of pricing that I was willing to pay and that if they met or beat that price I would buy the vehicle today. Jeff came back with a price lower!! than what I was seeking. Plus a more than fair trade in!! Big thanks to Jeff, Lenore and Ted for their professionalism and no pressure tactics. They listened to what I was saying and at no point tried to upsell me. I recommend this dealership highly. More

The moment we walked into the dealership we were greeted in a friendly manner by the sales manager who listened to what we were looking for, then took The moment we walked into the dealership we were greeted in a friendly manner by the sales manager who listened to what we were looking for, then took us to meet one of the Product Advisors (Jeff Clarke). Jeff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable immediately and that we could trust him. He was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions, or if he didn’t know the answer, he took the time to find out for us and got back to us in an extremely timely manner. Our vehicle was delivered beautifully. They did a fantastic job detailing the vehicle and making sure it was, literally, pristine both inside and out. Jeff made sure we understood all of the features and controls, even the remote starter which we added. Lenore explained all of the paperwork very clearly, and in an organized manner. We are thrilled with our new 2015 CX-5 and look forward to a long relationship with Lallo Mazda. :o) edit: the pricing was fine - very reasonable for the quality. More
