Stay far away from their service department! ! We’ve gone to Toyota for years but will no longer bring our vehicles for their regular maintenance. Their team broke off the security bolts instead ! Their team broke off the security bolts instead of using the special key that was in the cup holder on my anti theft shield deactivating the anti theft feature that cost $2000, then gaslight me and charged me $150 labour to put new ones on! When asked about it at pick up I was spoken down to as if I didn’t know anything. So I left and called the mechanic I had that looked at it when I bought it. He reminded me that it was in mint condition and those bolts had no rust on them at all. If they didn’t know to use the special key they may think they were seized as I was told. I called to let the service manager-who was rude and condescending the day before- and he hung up on me. I am waiting on a call back from the GM but given how we’ve been treated I won’t hold my breath. I will let everyone I know to stay far away from Toyota. More

I had a recent recall on my Highlander. I was booked an appointment within a week, and upon arrival drove right in. They communicated when work was completed and their shuttle picked me up, I was booked an appointment within a week, and upon arrival drove right in.
