Flexible and Professional I had a very short window of time to get snow tires installed on my daughters Cruze in Edmonton. I was in town from Ontario to help her with some medical treatments and appointments at the Cross Cancer centre. Had an appointment previously scheduled at Lakewood and had to change it at the last minute. Dealt with James Logozar in Service completely via emails, which were promptly answered. Everything from getting a quote to arranging and changing the appointment was done via email and it was very efficient. I arrived at Lakewood and met James who introduced be to the service tech who would be doing the work. I had some quiet time in the waiting room and in short order the work was done. I was on my way back to help out my daughter right on schedule . As a longtime GM customer, I have been in many GM dealerships over the years and this one tops my list for service, cleanliness and friendliness. My hometown dealership could learn some lessons from Lakewood. More

After 10 years finally helpful & caring service I have tried numerous dealers to find a helpful service department to help with my fleet repair needs. I wish i had tried Lakewood service department I have tried numerous dealers to find a helpful service department to help with my fleet repair needs. I wish i had tried Lakewood service department sooner and specifically talked to Dan Boulet. When you have a working fleet of vehicles they need to have as little down time as possible. Most responses in my experience have been, I need the vehicle for the day no matter what the repair is. The first experience i had was 5 of my Chev Savana vans had a recall which turned out to be a 1 hour recall per vehicle. Other dealers and i mean no less than 4 Edmonton Chev dealers response was we need the vehicle for the day no exception. Dan Boulet response was let me see what i can do and managed to make 5 different appointments first thing in the morning Mon-Fri of one week. my techs were able to wait one hour have a coffee jump in the vehicle and carry on without transfer of tools and supplies to their first appointment meaning little or no inconvenience to the company or our customers which equals dollars and customer satisfaction all day long in my books. That was the first above and beyond good vehicle service i have had in quite some time. I have had a few dealings since with my fleet vehicles and same treatment as mentioned above. Look forward to dealing with Dan and Lakewood in the future with my fleet of 45 vehicles. More

That says a lot about their retention strategy, which goes hand in hand with the quality of personnel and services. All in all, very well managed business.
