She gave me the news that my beloved "Jackson" (99 Cavalier) had some pretty severe problems. She put me in touch with Lucky who drove a car to my home and we then took it for a test drive. Back at the dealership he spent a ling time with me. Upon my deciding to take the 2015 Cruze he ushered me into Manita's office for financial dealings. She was amazingly efficient and so friendly. All that I encountered were free with their hugs and words of sympathy as well as tissues as I became very emotional ALL afternoon. They made it happen! Later that same day I drove away in A brand new car. Lucky arranged for the donation of Jackson to the Kidney Foundation. Truly a momentous occasion made possible by these three wonderful professionals. More

When a minor oil leak due to a gasket problem appeared after the service call, he was quick to arrange to have it repaired while I waited. Fantastic! I was having issues with my car a few months ago and took it to a different dealer, just because it was a little bit closer to me. After 7 visits to the other place to fix the same problem, in a span of a couple months, I called Lakewood, where I purchased the car, and talked to Paul. He reviewed all of the service records and without even seeing my vehicle, found the problem and recommended a fix. I was amazed! What the other place couldnt figure out at all, Paul had a solution to in a matter of minutes. He explained exactly what the problem was, told me how it was to be fixed. I had the issue repaired with Paul's advice and I havent had the problem since! I will now only take my vehicle to Lakewood and I will only trust Paul's team with my vehicle. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me, and made me feel that I knew I was in the right hands. Tony is always very courteous, and made sure that I got back to the shop before closing on Friday to get my vehicle, even though it was close to the time his shift ended. Kudos to these two employees, they are very valuable employees as they embody what customer service means. I have always had a very favourable experience with these two employees. More
