Excellent service, both physical and experience! I required service on my 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, for a check engine light. Cory was quick to get me booked in and to arrange for a ride back home. He was very informative once the issue had been diagnosed, and was very pleasant and courteous to deal with. When a minor oil leak due to a gasket problem appeared after the service call, he was quick to arrange to have it repaired while I waited. Thank you to Lakewood's service staff, and to Cory in particular, my experience was top-notch! More

After 7 visits to the other place to fix the same problem, in a span of a couple months, I called Lakewood, where I purchased the car, and talked to Paul. He reviewed all of the service records and without even seeing my vehicle, found the problem and recommended a fix. I was amazed! What the other place couldnt figure out at all, Paul had a solution to in a matter of minutes. He explained exactly what the problem was, told me how it was to be fixed. I had the issue repaired with Paul's advice and I havent had the problem since! I will now only take my vehicle to Lakewood and I will only trust Paul's team with my vehicle. Best dealership hands down! Thanks again Paul. More

My car had to be there over two nights, and she personally gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off. She also made sure that I could get back to the dealership from my class two days later. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me, and made me feel that I knew I was in the right hands. Tony is always very courteous, and made sure that I got back to the shop before closing on Friday to get my vehicle, even though it was close to the time his shift ended. Kudos to these two employees, they are very valuable employees as they embody what customer service means. I have always had a very favourable experience with these two employees. More

Great Service Had a issue with a rip in the leather on my seat , Spoke to Dan about it when I was picking up my truck from an oil change , he looked at the rip and Had a issue with a rip in the leather on my seat , Spoke to Dan about it when I was picking up my truck from an oil change , he looked at the rip and said this would be covered by warranty , and made the necessary arrangements to get this fixed. This was the fourth Edmonton GM dealership we had been to in the last few months for various reasons. Right away they were understanding and compassionate. Very knowledgeable and up front. These guys did all they could to give us a positive experience and have renewed my faith in auto dealerships. If I ever need to take my car to another GM dealer, I would take it here. Was expecting to leave the car overnight and figuring I'd be dropping at least $500 after looking online for suggestions. Turns out it was only a couple bulbs and bad luck/timing that caused both to fail at the same time. Cory and Dan quickly got their hands dirty to swap them in for me and I was on my way! Nowhere close to the time and cost I was anticipating. Driving away feeling great is a constant here! From the moment I purchased my (used) car and every service visit I feel like I made the right choice. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More
Out-of-towners, feeling lost are made to feel at home. Our Impala dash lit up with warning lights and messages. And the motor ran rough. It was December 27th, it was cold and we were heading back to Calgary. But we called GM roadside assistance. And they took it from there. Lakewood's service consultant Erika Hygard took good care of may wife and I and our son. She was in touch with our rental car supplier. She coordinated with them, us and the repairs to our car. When I came to town to pick up the car, Erika had everything ready for us and give us turn-by-turn directions on how to avoid the worst of rush-hour traffic in Edmonton, on one of the coldest days of the year. Our local Calgary dealer has been pretty good to us but Erika was amazing. More
