Worst warranty work ever READ THIS before you service run Like the wind from the service shop. It has taken 5 visits and the loss of my truck for a total of 7 days to repair a tire issue and then they tr run Like the wind from the service shop. It has taken 5 visits and the loss of my truck for a total of 7 days to repair a tire issue and then they tried to blame another dealership for damage that they have done to my truck. I did contact Kerry Russell once the problem with vibration started after the first visit, and this is what has transpired. visit 1- at service for 1 day. I had a vibration ion front tire. they said they balanced all my tires and it was good Visit 2- at service 1 day. the vibration was now on the rear. They said I suddenly had a bad rear tire. they ordered me a new one. Visit 3- at service 1 day replaced my rear tire and said the truck was fixed. Visit 4- at service 3 days. the vibration was worse on rear. they said they balanced all tires and pico tested. took them 3 days to realize that the new rear tire was bad. they drove the truck with anther trucks same tires on rear and it was good. Service manager told me he could not give me those tires because the serial number on the tire is to the vehicle from GM. I called GM and they just laughed. Ordered me a new tire and gave me back my truck that I left with half a tank of gas empty. visit 5- the put new tire on truck and said all tests showed everything good. shop foreman phoned to tell me this. He then questioned if anyone else touched the truck. I told him Ron Hodgson took it for a test drive between visit 3 and 4. They tried to tell me that Ron Hodgson damaged my wheel. Interestingly enough it was the same wheel they replaced the tire 2 times and removed from the truck numerous times for balancing. At this point they costed me lost time for my wife from work and me running back and forth to the dealership, about a half a tank of gas trying to fix a tire issue. Damaged rim which happens to be a polished 20''. The worst is the lieing about doing the damage, lieing about wheel serial numbers, poor poor service. Stay away at all costs. This is the 3rd bad experience from service. Last time it was a poor alignment the Ron Hodgson repaired at my cost, and the other time they tried to say I damaged my own car after their work which the car was never driven. More

great service on the weekend On Saturday morning while leaving the city my 08 Tahoe began to sputter and jerk with all kinds of messages popping up on the dash board display. Drove directly to Lakewood service department with visions of transmission or transfer case replacement dancing in my head. But I was greeted by a very friendly and knowlegeable service rep . Erika put my mind to ease with her confident analysis of the problem and confirming there was a service notice on the problem and would be repaired today at no charge. And it was I was on my way in under 3 hours. From what could have been a very depressing weekend turned out to be exceptional, Erica , the mechanic and GM exceeded all my expectations with excellent service, and repairing an 8 year old vehicle free of charge because they had identified an issue with a component, knew there was an issue, and fixed it hassle free. More
