After everything The service Manager has agreed to replace the damaged rim...since then the truck still has a bad vibration through the truck at speeds of 105-120 kms. The service manager has also "politely" requested that I do not bring the truck back there since they are uncomfortable working on my truck because I have high standards. I personally feel I have the right to high standards after spending $50,000 for the truck

I want everyone to know that I have fixed my vibration issue. On Christmas Eve I planed on removing my wheels and swapping with another GM to see if the wheels were bad and when I went to remove the wheels I found that not a single lugnut was torqued past 85 Ft/lbs. The spec on 2015 Silverado is 140 Ft/lbs. It seems this whole time Lakewoods incompetent staff never properly torqued my lugnuts putting myself and my family in Danger. I informed Kerry Russell and nothing was ever done.
