Dan even helped me move my car seats out of my car into the rental, so nice of him! They were so quick and let me know the problem and fixed them all by the next afternoon. Always friendly and and great to deal with. My baby is fixed and driving like a dream again. I will never go anywhere else. More

Friendly and prompt service I brought my Uplander van to change the widshield and James help me out to make it sure that it will be done on time. He wasn't there at that time but I brought my Uplander van to change the widshield and James help me out to make it sure that it will be done on time. Chevrolet Cruz 2016 for recall service I took my 2016 Chevrolet Cruz for a recall service in February 1,2017. I was helped my James and received excellent customer service. I pointed out I took my 2016 Chevrolet Cruz for a recall service in February 1,2017. I was helped my James and received excellent customer service. I pointed out the light indicating the tire pressure needed adjustment and he said no problem and had all the tire pressures checked and adjusted. This is the second time I have used the Service department and have always received excellent customer service. Fantastic follow up service! I took my 2014 GMC Acadia in for a routine oil change and some minor maintenance issues (low tire, clunking in tail gate etc) and was dealt with very I took my 2014 GMC Acadia in for a routine oil change and some minor maintenance issues (low tire, clunking in tail gate etc) and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently as I had my 2 young daughters with me. The service driver Floyd was great at making my 3 yr old at ease in the shuttle and helped to bring her to my door. When we were ready to be picked up, James ensured the shuttle would have room for us all to fit. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was discovered that the scheduled oil change had in fact been missed. I was a little annoyed at this because I had specifically booked in for this and would now need to return another day with my children to facilitate the oil change. James however was a great advisor and arranged to have my vehicle picked up and taken to the dealership for me and then they washed my car for me too!! TOP notch service!! Thanks to everyone who made it happen!! More
