After checking out a few I went into Lakewood the customer service representative came and introduced himself to me and we just clicked right there he had what I was looking for the last piece of the puzzle. My 2012 Equinox broke down Sunday night and she had my car in the shop first thing in the morning and communicated all the details to me in a timely manner. I was very pleased on how they handled my situation. This could've been a really stressful situation for me but Erika explained everything in great detail. Lots of people say to not take your vehicle to a dealership because they just want your money but I don't feel that way at all going into Lakewood Chev.
