Services Work Experience Lakewood service department was able to get me in on short notice as my warranty was running out. No waiting for an appointment sometime in the futur Lakewood service department was able to get me in on short notice as my warranty was running out. No waiting for an appointment sometime in the future. Explained my Service needs to James, who correctly captured them in the work order. One item was even diagnosed in the service bay with James and Corey Bates. They explained to me in very understandable terms what was happening and it was normal. They also said they they would also have the tech look it over to be sure. I was satisfied with their explanation. I asked if I could wait for my truck and James said no problem. He would update me as required. James came out a half hour later to give me this update and let me know how things were progressing. This is such excellent customer service from James. Overall James was awesome to work with, and I will be a returning new customer. Again thanks to James and the Lakewood team. Well done.Customer service at its best. More

Service Department The service department is a 10 plus. We purchased a 2014 Silverado and take our vehicle there for any oil changes or service that may need done. We deal with Service Adviser Dan Boulet only as it gives us that one on one personal service. I can call him at any time just identify myself by first name only and he knows which vehicle I am calling in relation to without me telling him. He knows all work that has been done to our vehicle from day one with any recalls and oil changes that have been done. I can call him at anytime with a question and he is always there to answer it for me. I would recommend him to anyone who has to take their vehicle to the dealership for work to be done. We also find that the other service advisers are very friendly and welcome you when you come in with a smile. Coming to the service department at Lakewood Chev gives that family feeling as your adviser knows you by name. Dan will also take the time after we had had service to make sure everything is up to standard on the work that was done. More

True colours show when mistakes are made a simple oil change found a minor leak in the lower oil pan of my truck. Because it was covered under warranty, Lakewood took it upon themselves to "f a simple oil change found a minor leak in the lower oil pan of my truck. Because it was covered under warranty, Lakewood took it upon themselves to "fix" the leak. A week later I was losing a litre of oil per day due to negligent work. The truck was towed to the nearest dealer for repair. Lakewoods service manager told me it wasn't their problem and that out of pocket expense for their poor work should be expected. Once the second dealership found the issues including a broken oil pan bolt and missing gasket, they properly repaired the truck. Lakewood still refused to take responsibility and get my truck back to me. The arrogance and ignorance shown by this dealer has driven me to take up every forum possible. More

Quick service I couldn't get my car in for servicing until noon, but they had it ready by the end of the day. They even sent someone to pick me up after the shuttl I couldn't get my car in for servicing until noon, but they had it ready by the end of the day.
