Hatchlift won’t open did not fix my issue and still charged me almost $400.00 for diagnosing. Then for another $1500.00 they will replace a part, but won’t guarantee it. This is nonsense, I heard from other people do not take your vehicle to the dealership for they will rob you. So I now have to press my trunk remote at the same time as I pull to open. Most times I have to do it twice. I deal strictly with customer service and lending and I will certainly give them my advice in reference to which vehicles to buy and which not!! More

LAKEWOOD SERVICE HEADS ABOVE ALL OTHER DEALERSHIPS The lake wood service dept and Erica Hygard in particular were the only dealership in the city to solve a mechanical problem on my wifes car. Exceptional Service Had some service messages to look after. Took it to the dealership I bought the vehicle from but they were unable to spare someone to help with the is Had some service messages to look after.
