Any struggles or issues I've had with this vehicle or my other one have been handle quickly and I've never been given the go around because I'm a younger girl from Dwyane. He's upfront and keeps me in the know every minute my vehicle is within his care. He is the reason I made my new car purchase from there and continue to visit Lakewood for service even though I'm on the opposite side of the city. More

James is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the extra steps to make sure as a customer you are looked after. Highly recommend. side note. I once went to another dealership for an oil change near my work and they were obnoxious, pushy and wouldn't give up on trying to up-sell me on new stuff I didn't need. Spectular Service and attention to detail This dealership has consistently provided Stellar Service and insures that when my vehicle leaves the shop I do not need to worry it will have to go This dealership has consistently provided Stellar Service and insures that when my vehicle leaves the shop I do not need to worry it will have to go back for the same issue; it is fixed the first time. They also go above and beyond to advise me of potential concerns. On a recent visit they showed me that my battery was getting weak and could cause me a problem on the road (They did a battery Load Test) with me watching to show me the results. I am so impressed I recommend that if you want to deal with the best dealership around then this is the one to see. More
