When Don Wheaton didn't help me much and I didn't know what else to do, Lakewood had me covered. I had such a bad experience at Don Wheeton with only one guy who had the experience to examine cars was too what else to do, Lakewood had me covered. I had such a bad experience at Don Wheeton with only one guy who had the experience to examine cars was too busy training other people that they made me sit and wait for many hours on multiple days only coming to the conclusion that they had no idea what was wrong with the car. I had to pay for my own ride back and forth and dealt with a snobby service advisor. They charged me when nothing was even done. Thankfully I gave Lakewood a try and they found the problem. They cleaned a bunch of components that was causing the problem and actually took the time to try and see what was going on. They let me keep my car parked there till they would find the solution and offered me uber rides to and from my house. I'd give these guys 7 stars honestly. My Cadillac runs great now and havnt experienced any problems since. Good work guys keep it up. More

I took my 2018 high country diesel truck in due to not having trailer brakes at either the bumper 7 pin or the box 7 pin trailer connectors. I’ve had the trailer braking controller changed out on warranty having trailer brakes at either the bumper 7 pin or the box 7 pin trailer connectors. I’ve had the trailer braking controller changed out on warranty and I was worried that Module had failed again. I explained this to the service person I spoke with (Jamie) and was booked in. They had my truck for the day and called me in to pick it up with the explanation of “you need to change the 7 pin bumper connector”. I asked about the in box 7 pin connector and the service manager said that was an entirely different issue and they didn’t look at it. They ended up charging my $189.00 and sent me on my way with only telling me what I had told them when I brought it in. I changed out the 30amp fuse under the hood and it resolved both 7 pin connectors. I’ve never been talk to in such a condescending manner by a service manager. I’ve purchased 3 diesel trucks, all high country’s and I’ll never go here again for service or suggest anyone service their vehicles here based on this terrible customer service. I received a follow up call from the dealership asking how my experience was and I explained to them this had happened and the woman on the phone simply said “I’m sorry for your experience. Have a nice day”. Obviously, they do not care about the customer service nor the customers experience. More

I had a great experience bringing in my leaky 12 year old "Queenie. They found all her leaks and she is just humming now.
