Very bad behaviour !! Ripped me off 😡😡 Took my Chevy cobalt for recalls. Had a little problem with my passenger door. Requested a quote. When I went to pick my car, they handed me $150 charge for the door. First, never got a quote from the guy. Second, the door wasn’t even fixed completely. Without my consent, they done the work and charged me. I wasn’t sure what to do. Very unprofessional conduct. Will never visit them again. More

Lengthy wait time I made an appointment to have my oil changed. I told them that I was waiting for the vehicle. They told me that it would be done in an hour. I went to wait in the waiting room. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I went to inquire why it was taking so long. I was told that they were behind schedule. Nobody had bothered to let me know that I would be waiting so long to have an oil change done. I had to cancel another appointment elsewhere and I was late picking my children up from school. More
