Carmen Ye is a dedicated salesperson who is friendly, available and honest. She gave us the best deal out of the many dealers that we shopped around with. She was always available via text or phone and even personally delivered our vehicle 3+ hours out of town. She followed up the next day to see if we had any questions and is still available to chat to weeks after the purchase was made. On the finance side you won’t get to deal with anyone sweeter or more knowledgeable than Manita. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all our questions and didn’t pressure us into anything. She even offered to have someone go pick up our new license plate for us. Overall, we had such a good experience I would be willing to recommend this dealership to any friends or family.
