It was a wonderful experience to be taking care of. It was my very first time that I walked to a dealership. I did not feel the pressures of someone roaming on me. As an individual I would recommend Lakewood Chevrolet always I've worked with Lakewood Chevrolet over the past few several years for a couple of vehicles that I've owned. I must say that the people there made us feel very comfortable and we were very well We purchased a new 2018 Silverado Z71 from Lakewood in Oct 2018. I must say that the people there made us feel very comfortable and we were very well looked after. Kudos to Dan Bass, Carmen Ye, Manita Bains and their service department. The whole deal went extremely well, the truck being exceptionally clean when we went to pick it up. As to their service dept, I was very pleasantly surprised with the installation job done on the running boards after the sale. I normally do these things myself because I am very particular about properly maintaining my vehicles. I inspected the job done on the install and was 100% satisfied. Well done! And finally - would I recommend Lakewood Chevrolet? YES. Thanks to all at Lakewood - good job! More

It was almost a good day Came in for a routine oil change, it was quick efficient and the staff made it an overall wonderful experience. That is until I went to go pay for the Came in for a routine oil change, it was quick efficient and the staff made it an overall wonderful experience. That is until I went to go pay for the service. I was shocked, to say the least. After standing there for more than five minutes, another staff member had to point out to the cashier not once, not twice, but three times to serve me, the other staff members seated in the office were all on the phone with other customers. The cashier whom I gathered is named Lisa just sat there, just looking off into space and clearly uninterested in helping me. I usually, would not be one to submit a review but after this happening more than once in the past year or two from the exact same cashier, I'm hoping maybe the dealership can deal with this issue, either bring back the previous cashier who was excellent or find a suitable replacement. In the past the cashier service has been quick, and polite but lately I've had the same issue, a cashier who is completely disinterested in helping me, and painfully slow, and snaps at the other people in the office that ask her to help waiting customers. Customer service is a big part of why we as a family choose to come back to Lakewood Chev. but it should not be like pulling teeth just to pay and get a receipt. It's really unfortunate that the cashier has been consistently terrible, with every routine amount of work we come back to Lakewood for. Really hoping for some improvements in the future. More
