The day I walked in to trade in my old car, I was warmly greeted by Michael. I'm a female, and this is my first time purchasing a car alone... I was anticipating instant anxiety having a car salesman approach and pressure me. I do consider myself a savvy consumer - I do my research, and I'll walk if I don't like who I'm dealing with. But Michael completely put my nerves to rest. I liked his personality and could tell I could trust him and even better he actually listened to what I want out of a car! He asked me questions about my lifestyle and my family which I was not expecting! He made great suggestions and advice on the little things that I know will make a huge difference in the way I use my new car. At the same time there was no pressure to add unnecessary bells and whistles. The whole experience really made me feel like I have a car that is tailored specifically to my family's needs. It is customer service like this that I truly appreciate! But it doesn't stop there... When it came time to pick up my new Equinox I had my toddler with me. Michael was so great with my son and he moved the car seat from my old car to my new one and took the time to show me all the child proof features! Again I cannot stress the amazing service I experienced from himl. My sister is so jealous of my new Equinox and I have already told her to go see him as her lease ends in August! More

They are both knowledgable regarding their areas of expertise. We like Everett's approach and his friendly attitude. We have encountered very loud and aggressive sales staff at other dealerships and that is not Everett's approach, which we appreciated. One area that seems to need improving is the service dept. they continue to mix up appointment times and cars that are coming in for service. There also seems to be a need for more internal communication between sales staff and service staff. All that being said I highly recommend Lakewood Chev for any car purchase and we would use them again if the opportunity presented itself. More

Fortunately, this was NOT the case here. The guy that helped me out (I think Michael?) was really good at explaining things to me. He would always follow up on any of the questions I had and that really surprised me, how a salesperson would go out of his way and actually care so much about my questions. In the past years when I have gone to dealerships, I felt that the salespeople just wanted to make a sale as fast as possible and couldn't care less about the customer, but with Michael I felt it was the EXACT opposite. He was patient and explained all the details of the cars. Not only that, but talking to him felt as if I was talking to one of my friends. Overall, I would say that it was the complete package, and that it was truly a unique moment which I hope to go back to in the near future! (Just need some more $$) More

I find Lakewood Chevrolet reliable and honest and their technicians for each service department are good . The drive-through service bay is very convenient and practical to discuss service requirements with Lakewood's Consultants . The Sales Department is friendly , helpful but not pushy and I am also impressed by the personable and extra care given by Dan Bass the New Sales Manager for follow up concerns , not just new vehicle sales . I was "WOWED" by this dealership!!!! It's not too often I get the "wow" factor when shopping, especially when making a large purchase like a vehicle. I had been looking at several other dealerships before making the decision to purchase from Lakewood and I'd love to share my great experience. A few of the places I went made an attempt to "wow" me but fell short. Most of the sales personnel gave me a quick glance and only a couple even came to speak to me. Being a woman, I'm not sure if they didn't take me seriously or it was because I was by myself that they made only slight attempts to even interact with me. I was treated with courtesy and respect at Lakewood and I met your salesman, Michael Kwong. Mr. Kwong was very knowledgeable and friendly. The biggest thing that made me comfortable was that he didn't put any pressure on me. I told Mr. Kwong I was looking for now and left him my phone number. I continued to look at other dealerships but Mr. Kwong was the ONLY one to follow up with me and without putting any pressure on me kept in contact. I came back to Lakewood and was treated with the same courtesy and respect and ended up test driving my "new to me" car. I also felt like the sales manager was honest and straightforward with me and gave me a great price. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off and ultimately both Michael and Mr. Doonanco made buying a car here a painless process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! More

He was not pushy and just let us look around and made himself available if we needed him. When purchasing, everyone was kind and without pressure helped us to figure out our best options. Financing was well explained and was a breeze and the whole process left us with a very good feeling about the dealership. They also offer some great perks once you have purchased a vehicle from them, like free paint touch ups for the life of the vehicle on any tiny chips and also a free oil change for attending a customer appreciation evening. Our salesman also called us at home several days later to make sure we had no questions about the car and how it works and if all was well. Overall, very impressive! More
