great! I was looking for a used car and very frustrated in my search. It is an effort to find one that fits all the things that one wants...i.e. good on gas, I was looking for a used car and very frustrated in my search. It is an effort to find one that fits all the things that one wants...i.e. good on gas, size, not too worn, etc, or a great price. However, my search ended here. I bought a 2011 Cruze from Michael Kwong and it was a great experience! He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and what was important to me. His team, together with manager Archie Doonanco and also Manita Bains, were able to get me a great deal on the car and threw in some great extras! I would recommend to anyone! More

Fantastic! My saleswoman was Reva (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and she was fantastic!! I was told she was 'new' to the team. But you'd never know it. She was very knowledgable, friendly, and never once made me feel pressured. I had looked at many different vehicles, but decided to go with the Equinox, after Rima explained all the excellent features and amazing price! Made up my mind on the spot. People who actually care about the customer I was recently searching for a new vehicle and wasn't able to locate one on a local lot. Using the GM website I emailed several dealerships asking fo I was recently searching for a new vehicle and wasn't able to locate one on a local lot. Using the GM website I emailed several dealerships asking for assistance in tracking down a vehicle with the specifics I was seeking. I only ended up at GMs website after becoming frustrated with a dealership that didn't make my needs their priority and kept trying to sell me something I just didn't want. I was contacted the next day by someone at Lakewood and while on the phone they were able to locate the vehicle that I was looking for, and within hours had provided me all of the details and were working on securing a dealer transfer. Of the other dealerships I emailed through the GM website I am still waiting to hear from two of them, two weeks later, and the other tried to call a few days later, I called back and left a message, they called back again and at that point I didn't call back because Lakewood was on the job. I found the team at Lakewood to be eager to help meet YOUR needs, they focused on us the customer, which seems to be a rarety in any industry. They worked as a team to get the job done and were in constant contact, were willing to answer any questions, would provide any information required and were willing to go the extra mile. Whatever was needed there was one, two or three people trying to look after it as quickly as possible. Aside from great service, it was a very fair deal and it felt professional and like everything was on the table. So often when buying vehicles I am always watching to see when they are going to try to play games, not this group. I would, and have already, recommended them. I am a new customer to their dealership but not GM, a long time GM customer, if there after sale service is nearly as good as the service at the time of the sale I will be a long time customer of theirs. I fully expect their after sales service to be outstanding based on how the dealership appears to operate. If you wanted to be treated with respect, have someone focused on your needs, like someone actually cares about you and not just the sale, then visit Lakewood. More

We all know that excited feeling you get when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. Sometimes it can also be a frustrating process. This was not the case thanks to Michael Kwong. He is very knowledgeable in his line of work and had a 2011 model GMC Sierra Truck, which is what we were looking for. He was very transparent, and had their whole inventory at hand so he could immediately show us what was available. His team made the whole process easy and hassle free. This is one great truck, at a good affordable price, and the whole experience was stress free for our whole family. More
