More than I have expected from a car dealership ! I was recently shopping for a newer vehicle to replace my aging mini van which I hauled my kids in. I browsed at all the major dealership websites in the Edmonton area and narrowed my search to a few vehicles I like. I called the different dealerships and most of them just took my name and told me someone would be in contact with me. When I called Lakewood Chevrolet I was connected to a salesperson immediately. My salesman was Michael and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I was interested in. Just be my initial phone conversation I knew I would like to deal with Lakewood. I have bought other vehicles in the past but was never treated the same way. I made an appointment on my time and I went down to test drive the SUV. I was not disappointed meeting Michael and his team. Everything went smoothly from the initial meeting, test drive, negotiating and the whole financial process. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever gone through. There was no intimidation, no pressure and everyone was as nice as they can be. Everyone knew what they were talking about and it was a job well done. I will definitely tell everyone I know what a wonderful place Lakewood is and how it was such a pleasure to do business with. Wonderful customer service I had an absolute wonderful experience with their service department. I had to get an out-of-province inspection and had been told the night previous I had an absolute wonderful experience with their service department. I had to get an out-of-province inspection and had been told the night previous by the shop I had booked in with that they were unable to do it. My insurance was switching over the following day and I drive with my job so I was desperate to get it done that day. I had Erika the service advisor and she advocated to get the inspection done. They completed and squeezed me in! I am so very grateful for their aid speed and friendliness. I would definitely recommend them. It was so nice to be helped in a bind rather than refused as I was everywhere else I called. I really can not express enough good about my treatment and level of service that day. More
