I will share that as a customer I do not appreciate feeling like candy in a candy store feeling I received from most of these dealerships. This is not an example of this. Lakewood Chev was amazing.....Josh Parra was funny, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the Chev Trax vehicle I was looking at. He was easy to deal with and I found it a pleasure visiting this dealership. He asked us questions that were pertanant to assessing which vehicle I wanted and what discounts he could offer. He is amazing! Dan Bass also approached us several times during our two visits. He was also very easy to talk to and made a point of coming out and making sure we were okay. He even thanked us for coming back to do a test drive! I've never seen this type of care for customers. It was truly a genuine experience and I will tell everyone I know about this team. In the end I didnt purchase a vehicle from them because I was already in love with a vehicle they didnt have but I would highly recommend this team of professionals! Good work! Plus Lucky took the time frame in respect and got things done in the fastest time frame imaginable. Then Manita handling all the finance, registration, and insurance paperwork. Then kyle and Paul hooking up the truck with the parts I needed and having them installed on the truck. I can't say enough about the sales team. They most certainly went above and beyond.
