Josh was great - there was no pressure, and he really knew everything about the Cruze (and was willing to explain it all to me repeatedly!) Christina was awesome to deal with in finances as well. AMAZING customer service Erika Hygard is always amazing to deal with in the service department along with her other team members. I was very pleased on how they handled my situation. This could've been a really stressful situation for me but Erika explained everything in great detail. Lots of people say to not take your vehicle to a dealership because they just want your money but I don't feel that way at all going into Lakewood Chev. I brought my Cruze in for its semi annual oil change and they discovered several leaks and other issues, they had me in a rental less than an hour aft I brought my Cruze in for its semi annual oil change and they discovered several leaks and other issues, they had me in a rental less than an hour after my car went into the shop. Dan even helped me move my car seats out of my car into the rental, so nice of him! They were so quick and let me know the problem and fixed them all by the next afternoon. Always friendly and and great to deal with. My baby is fixed and driving like a dream again. I will never go anywhere else. More
