Poor ownership I visited Lakewood dealership service department for complaint. Some woman gave a wrong information of my car. Eventually I ask my $20 return , bu I visited Lakewood dealership service department for complaint. Some woman gave a wrong information of my car. Eventually I ask my $20 return , but she brought me to a office. There was a arrogant racist man. He tried teach English and didn’t have a good manner. I waked away the dealership cause I felt so hurt my heart . I thought It’s more better idea of leave the poor dealership building for out of stress. Yes. Lakewood. Chevy I never go back in my life and talk to my friend “ Don’t. Go” Your guys save 20bucks now. You might loose potential customers LOL More
