The transaction had one small glitch (not of the fault of Kelsey) but it was quickly settled and we can't thank you all enough for the great effort you put into our purchase. When i came in to the dealership Kelsey had the paperwork review and truck ready to go for a test drive. Kelsey was very friendly through the whole process and was able to answer or get the answers to all my questions. Tammy was also friendly to deal with and worked hard to get me a great deal on financing. When i spoke with Kelseys manager Emigdio about the process for the trade in on my truck he gave me great value on it that i wasn’t expecting. When I had second thoughts about purchasing the vehicle everyone i was dealing with understood where i was coming from and put no pressure on me to make a hasty decision. It felt good that i had some time to think about the deal and not be pressured. Justin had followed up with me after he heard the news and just wanted to reiterate that there was no pressure to purchase and was willing to work with any concerns that i had. He also mentioned that there was a gift giveaway happening with the purchase of a vehicle and even though i had not committed to buying he put aside a gift for me incase i did decide to move forward with the purchase. Overall it was a great experience for me and everyone that i dealt with was very friendly and accomodating to my needs. I was able to take home a truck that i loved and a had a pain free experience in the process. More

I also needed lung nuts for my winter tire rims because I didn’t have the lug nut key. I had to drive in from Fort Mac. After arriving and booking my vehicle in the shuttle took me to my hotel. The next morning they called to say my vehicle was ready. Once calling the shuttle again it was a short wait to get picked up. When picking up my vehicle I learned they got me a lug nut key for$7 saved me from replacing all my lug nuts also my vehicle looked brand new inside and out from the cleaning. Great customer service.
