Extended Warranties and Coverage Packages. Extremely disappointed in the costs of both Protection and Extended Warranty Packages. In my opinion, this made a very positive experience a negative Extremely disappointed in the costs of both Protection and Extended Warranty Packages. In my opinion, this made a very positive experience a negative one WRT my overall assessment. With little movement on the MSRP, I was expecting far more flexibility within these coverage's. I unfortunately had to drive of the lot knowing I had to basically leave without getting all the packages I wanted due to costs. I was excited moving over from being a Ford customer for years. The transition was very pleasant when dealing with Carmen and the staff, who were very professional in resolving some of my issues. I am happy with the (vehicle), but some more flexibility would have been greatly appreciated. Having a trade in that was not wanted, very little reduction of the MSRP, very expensive packages and an interest rate that you don't necessarily have to incur at other dealerships or for that matter at the same dealership on different product lines. I would find it extremely tough to tell both Military members and Civilian workers at my location who are in most cases on fixed budgets to purchase this particular GMC product as it appears minimal flexibility in the overall pricing package on this Model. Another vehicle in their product line, in all fairness could quite honestly be a different story, but it seems that the Colorado has limited flexibility. Overall, the staff was exceptional, tour of the facility and area managers was extremely well done. More
