Low pressure environment and friendly staff I started going to Lakewood to take care of my brothers car while he was away. I had always had poor experiences going to dealerships in the past so I I started going to Lakewood to take care of my brothers car while he was away. I had always had poor experiences going to dealerships in the past so I wasn't looking forward to it. The service staff were excellent, explained and double checked what my brothers car was in for and answered all my questions. While I waited I wandered the show room, I was asked once if I could be helped and after I explained I was just waiting for service I was left alone. This is a huge difference from previous experiences. Being harassed for my interests and attempts to take me out for a test drive of a vehicle I didn't even want. I have been back a few times for the same reason and now my vehicle is getting older I'm looking at a new Silverado to replace it. I explained my timeline to the sales staff and I haven't been pressured to buy earlier than I feel comfortable. Overall just a very pleasant place to go and I wouldn't hesitate to recommended it to anyone else. More

I am a skeptic or should I say was! I was trying to get a wiper part for my express van from Canadian tire, part source, bumper to bumper just to avoid going to a dealership. I was “forced” to go to a dealership because no one else had the part I needed. As it turns out the dealership never had the part either. The service advisor fixed me up with a used part and installed it and had me out in 10 minutes, I would like to thank Dwayne Lucas for his help in getting me back on the road so quick and for being so helpful! I know where to go next time I have issues with my van! More
