Last month our family bought a 2025 Chevy Blazer from Lakewood Chevrolet. The week had been going to a bunch of dealerships. We had a few different cars we were trying to decide on. The service at Lakewood was amazing, and our Sales person Deevesh Pentiah was so great! Every question we had he answered honestly, if he was unsure he said "Let me just double check on that, I do not want to give you false information" The energy and kindness from Deevesh is astounding. We've had our car for a month now and Deevesh has checked up periodically to make sure everything is still to our liking, and has made sure to let us know that if we need anything to reach out directly. All my past experiences with dealerships is you buy the car, and they are done with you. Lakewood really has incredible customer service. Sales Manager Manita Bains was just as wonderful, and so helpful. Manita and Deevesh understand that this is a big decision, and spoke to us fairly, and did not make us feel like we were being taken advantage of, or did not try to push us into the sale. All the other dealerships we had tried that week, we were either mislead on pricing, or were made to feel like a nuisance. I could keep going about my awesome experience at Lakewood. When we decide on another new car we will be going back to Lakewood Chevrolet.
