Terrible customer service Chad Gill started off by bad mouthing consumers and saying there is no customer loyalty anymore and that people will go somewhere else to save $200 wh Chad Gill started off by bad mouthing consumers and saying there is no customer loyalty anymore and that people will go somewhere else to save $200 which is our right but then proceeded to tell me that the amount of money I put as a down payment does not do anything in regards to financing which is wrong considering I wanted to put down $10000 on a $32000. When I decided I didnt want to do business with him and asked for my deposit of $5000 I had already put on the vehicle he got really rude and even threatened me I reported him to omvic and I really suggest you do not buy a vehicle from these people also when they showed me the vehicle one of their employees was driving it as his own plated insured and filthy absolute worst dealership I have ever been to. More

We were given plenty of drive time with a number of other similar vehicles to ensure our satisfaction. Our salesperson was never pushy, always pleasant and took his time (weeks) to find exactly what we were looking for. He assisted us in trading in our vehicle for a very fair price and our financing was made very easy... with a better rate than I could get at the bank! I smelled a rat- and I was right We drove 7 hrs only to find the vehicle we wanted was "not ready" because there was an oil leak. Oh, I should add that the dealership smelled of dead rodents... I knew I smelled a rat. 😐 More
