My cousin was the one who recommended this dealership since we live downtown Toronto. Since my cousin didn't need another car as he just purchased one not too long ago, he contacted my husband because he knew the service at this dealership is excellent and mentioned about getting a new car. We weren't really planning to get a car as of yet, but my husband must've had a good talk with Craig because he comes home and enthusiastically tells me about the jeep. Transaction were all dealt with via phone and email. Craig was on top of things. Within a week, everything was taken care of. I was even worried about the insurance when my husband came home one night and told me "Craig said car is ready for pick up on Saturday". I had to message Craig to ask about insurance, etc. He said we took care of that. We already contacted your insurance and they transferred it. Finally picked up the car and met him in person. He was very friendly and so are the people at the dealership. Craig was excellent. He didn't just give us the keys and make us sign the documents, he gave us little tips as he explain everything about the car. I thought that was excellent. My previous purchase from another dealership was that I came in, they made me sign all the documents. Didn't take the time to explain the car features but just the basic. But Craig on the other hand knows this jeep well and was thorough when he was explaining it. Introduced us to the rest of the team at the service side. With such warm welcome, my husband already thought we should bring our car here for maintenance. We can always visit your cousin as we wait. Even as a bonus, my cousin was saying they even do drop off/pick up as the car gets serviced. Overall both my husband and I had a great experience. And the Jeep Cherokee was an excellent choice for us. Love driving it! More
