As we wandered around looking at trucks, a sales lady came outside. After a brief discussion we mentioned the estimate from the other dealership. Not only was the deal matched by Lakeridge it actually came in cheaper. Neither dealership had what we wanted but after going thru the paperwork Dina was able to put us in the exact truck but a different colour similar options to take a test drive. We were happy that we had the option to drive the truck and make sure it was what we wanted. Also the trade in value was decent. Overall the options we wanted either came in the truck or was added a week later. Couldn't ask for better service. More

Parts manager Josh Had problems with back door of jeep The latch is broken and parts were ordered over a week ago today Was to get a phone call when parts arrive by s Had problems with back door of jeep The latch is broken and parts were ordered over a week ago today Was to get a phone call when parts arrive by service department. Never received phone call. Jeep is useless without back door not opening cannot take top down use the trunk for groceries or anything Was told yesterday after calling ,the part was on back order. Was told by Josh the service manager would get a phone call first thing today. Noon time he is at lunch never called me and part is in and service staff tells me they are booked and cannot fit my jeep in. Still waiting to receive phone call from Josh Poor customer service. The jeep door has been fixed but it does not change the fact that Josh did not follow up when he said he would. Staff member said the part was in. Josh said the part was not in and Josh said he does not know why the staff member would say it was in. Next time come up with a solution to a problem sooner and when you tell someone you are calling first thing the next day follow up with the call regardless if the part is in or not ,follow up. Don't make excuses More
