We thought the salesman would not respond to us when we emailed him again, regarding the chrysler pacifica hybrid, but he did, we test drove it and fell in love. It was a done deal, and he was very patient and kind with us, and we are so thankful for all of his help with this purchase as well as our last car the chrysler 200. I was there yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation, and the mechanic remembered the vehicle and asked if I wanted synthetic oil, which I always do, but forgot to mention it. I have at times needed immediate assistance and always have been told they'd be happy to help- no waiting required. I have been offered a car if the repair will take longer than normal. The parts guys are terrific, very friendly, helpful, and polite, as are the front staff, and the mechanics. It is nice to see a workplace where it is obvious that employees really enjoy what they do, and do it well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More
