I called around to see if I could get a better deal with another dealership and hands down this was the best one. The service was excellent, down to the fact that I needed a ride home at one point (and I live in the far North part of Edmonton) and they drove me there. I just couldn't have asked for anything more. I even took it in for a service and being under 25, certain dealers wouldn't allow me to rent their car for the day, but with this dealership I was able to get a car for the day. More

Josh Gutman was a great straightforward salesman. The first price he told me was far less than what the other dealerships were offering AFTER having negotiated with them. Josh's price included absolutely all fees and taxes, the price only get better, there was nothing hidden at all. I ended up with a vehicle with a sunroof for over a thousand less than the next dealership could offer without a sunroof. The test drive, purchase/finance, and delivery process were all seamless, and everyone was great. The dealership is sleek and air-conditioned. I just purchased a 2015 Mazda CX5, that is with a trade-in of a 2013 Mazda CX5, which was a trade-in of a 2010 Mazda 5, which was a trade-in of a 2008 Mazda 5, which was a trade-in of a 2006 Mazda 5. All but the 2006 Mazda 5 were purchased through L.A. Mazda and, as formerly known, Autoworld Mazda. Oh yea, I also bought a 2012 Mazda 3 Skyactive at L.A. Mazda. As is obviously apparent, I have great loyalty to L.A. Mazda, because they have great vehicles, and the Sales Department have always treated me honestly and with great respect. BUT, I want to emphasize that the Service Department are also a very big reason for returning to this dealership. They have always been honest and truthful in their diagnosis and I highly believe in their integrity. They always take care of me in my best interest.
