I just purchased a brand new 2025 Mazda CX 50 on December 1, 2024, from LA Mazda in Leduc. Raymond was very knowledgeable on the product and was able to answer all my questions. Finalizing my purchase with Stefan and Tyler was again friendly and enjoyable. I just purchased a CX-30 Mazda here and couldn’t be happier with my experience. My sales person, Alex, was so knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate at all times. He spent a lot of time with me, and was always available to answer questions and give guidance with the process. I can say the same about Nav, the manager, and everyone else who I had contact with. All were great. They all made it feel personal and fun. I love my new car and would recommend LA Mazda to anyone looking to purchase a beautiful and reliable new vehicle. I bought a used vehicle at LA MAZDA Leduc on Friday, Dec 15. Alex, the sales associated was most helpful and straightforward. Note I purchased the vehicle long distance from Calgary so except for the official signatures on the documents it was all conducted electronically. Having purchased many vehicles over the years there was a heightened sense of precaution on my part. Alex was very prompt in responding to my queries and requests. I went to pick up the car on Friday which was the day the QE2 was closed along a long stretch. The vehicle looked great with new winter tires (I purchased from them) installed in short order. I was anxious to get back on the road to Calgary ASAP. So a kudo also to Craig in finance. He expedited the paperwork as fast as possible and even gave me a transit sticker so I did not have to run to the registry office for new plates before getting on the road. I give 4 stars. The dealership, and I emphasize THE DEALERSHIP lost one star due a bit of obfuscation. The documentation stated there were two keys to the vehicle and indeed there were two physical keys. I was handed one key fob and one emergency key excluding the accompanying key fob. Turned out the second fob does not work however two key fobs were displayed in the photos that accompanied the ad on the website leading one to assume both worked. In the big scheme off things not a huge issue, but still. More
I don't often write reviews however, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for our salesmen, Tyler Sheppard and Jas Safri on our purchase of our 2024 CX-90. Jas was initially involved when the deal wa my sincere appreciation for our salesmen, Tyler Sheppard and Jas Safri on our purchase of our 2024 CX-90. Jas was initially involved when the deal was made and was very helpful and patient. Jas was not available on the day of delivery so Tyler stepped up and was fantastic. He took the time to review every feature and setting of this car (and there are a lot), and never once made me feel rushed. He then set up another time where my wife could get the same instruction as she was not with me on the day of delivery. He went above and beyond after we took possession of the car as I had to drive it to another business to get the Paint Protection applied (I get the entire vehicle covered as LA Mazda does not have this service on site). He followed me to the business and then drove me all the way home to Beaumont. During the ride together I got a chance to know this young man and can say that he is articulate, bright and has a great sense of humour. He is not pushy and his warmth is evident. I will never forgot riding in the rain in the convertible that he was able to line up for us :) The entire team at LA Mazda, from the GM Jared, to the Sales Manager Nav Safri and our 2 salespeople couldn't have been better. The finance manager, Craig Lavoie was also extremely helpful and not pushy. He didn't beat around the bush as he just told us what the options were with no pressure. It was quick and painless. This is the second new car we have purchased from LA Mazda as they are also fortunate to have the most kind and helpful Service Manager, Chris Melnyk. Chris goes above and beyond to ensure that any little issue is addressed and always makes himself available. When he is not around, Brian steps up and helps with everything and is very courteous. I own various makes of vehicles but get them all serviced at LA Mazda as these service employees exemplify professionalism and courtesy. Thank you very much! More

My car search have brought me into contact wi to provide one for L.A Mazdas outstanding service. Jenna was amazing; I felt listened to and respected. My car search have brought me into contact with high pressure, less then truthfull, indifferent to my needs and budget. Jenna was a delighfull exception and helped me find the car I wanted that fit my budget. I am impressed with your entire operation, and Jenna is an important part making it so. As I started,I don't make many reviews but I'm happy to tell you this, I was very very impressed. More
Further to my complaint on Jan . 12 I ask the m.m. why this happened, he said they were trying to assess why it happened. Why did you have to assess if all you kept saying it wasn't torqued properly. If it was installed properly and torqued properly in you shop it should never have fallen off. Also I said to the S.M. it wasn't my fault,his reply was it didn't happen on there property, so it was the responsibility was on who's property it was on, it wasn't on my property, it was on a Highway in Sask.Do I go to the Dept of Highways In Sask. as that is where it fell off.If it was done properly in Leduc, this should never of happened. I had to have both back wheels taken off and one replaced as it was totaled, the other was ok to use. This work was done In saskatoon. They were installed and torqued properly before they left there shop.Didn't need to stop to them torqued again it was not required. MAde it back home no problems. I incurred over $2000.00 expenses, tow truck, workdone in Saskatoon on rear tires, hotels 5 Nights over Christmas meals etc. All they would pay for was the spare tire that I had to replace, which I refused. Very disappointed with your attitude and no help. BJM More
