We had a very disappointing experience with Kramer Mazda regarding a warranty issue on our 2025 Mazda CX-5, which we purchased used from House of Cars but is still fully covered under Mazda warranty. A few days after owning the vehicle, we began receiving constant dashboard warnings saying “Key Fob Not Detected” — multiple times a day, even with the key fob inside the vehicle. We brought the vehicle to Kramer Mazda. weeks before this appointment. They replaced the battery and advised us to monitor it, but still they recommended scheduling a full service appointment for today. When my wife arrived for that appointment, she was suddenly told that we had to pay $169 for diagnostics just for them to inspect the issue. We questioned this because the vehicle is under warranty, and the problem is clearly ongoing and not caused by us. Still, they insisted we needed to pay if found no issue (as if they know already that no issue will be found) We agreed only because we were confident the issue exists and wanted it properly diagnosed. After the inspection, they told us “nothing is wrong,” did not offer any real solution, and still demanded payment. Meanwhile, the same error message continues to appear even right after picking the vehicle. If the problem is still happening, then clearly something is wrong, either with the key fob, the receiver, or the vehicle’s electronics. What made the experience worse was the attitude. When we tried to explain our situation, the staff, including the manager, were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no willingness to assist or find a proper resolution. Instead of showing care or exploring options (like replacing the key fob, which is usually covered under warranty), they simply repeated their policy and insisted on payment. Even contacting Mazda Customer Support after that incident didn’t help. Instead of supporting us as customers with a legitimate warranty concern, they also insisted on the diagnostic fee. We left feeling frustrated, unheard, and still dealing with the exact same issue we came in for. This experience really damaged our trust in the dealership. I hope Mazda Canada sees reviews like this and improves how warranty issues and customer concerns are handled, especially when the customer is clearly experiencing a recurring problem. More
Do not shop here - Purchased a new vehicle (really like the vehicle) and ended up with additional $10,000 in add ons. I made my first call to Kramer Mazda at 11:02 a. m., regarding a specific CX 50 Hybrid that I wanted to purchase. The individual (Shefa) said he would forward my information request to a Sales Perso m., regarding a specific CX 50 Hybrid that I wanted to purchase. The individual (Shefa) said he would forward my information request to a Sales Person. No return call by 2:30 p.m., so I called again and talked to Nigel, who also said he would forward my request to a Sales Person. No return call by 5:10 p.m., so I called again and reached a Sales Person named Ricci. Finally! I got the information, and we negotiated a price. Then, I reluctantly sent credit card info through email to hold the vehicle until I could come and pay the balance in a few days. At 7:36 pm (8 1/2 hours from first phone call), Ricci called me to say "Sorry! That vehicle was already sold." Unbelievable! I urge you to avoid Kramer Mazda in Calgary at all costs! More

I was belittled and bullied by Sales Manager Sam, when I wrote of my experience to the GM I was assured that wasn't how they do business so I went back a second time (no wonder they think I'm an idiot, never should have gone back). When speaking to an employee on my second visit about my experience I was told "yes, Sam is known for being VERY aggressive". Most of the staff on the floor was very new and very inexperienced. In hindsight, I'm guessing this is an extremely toxic workplace and it's shocking they have staff at all. Received a letter six weeks later, well an email between the head of sales and the dreaded Sam that was printed out and mailed to me, offering to buy back a vehicle that I did not purchase with an offer on a brand new vehicle with prices that I was told were not at all even remotely possible on my first two visits. Which leads me to believe they buy back their used vehicles to resell them at even higher prices and scam people into brand new Mazdas. I could write six pages on how much you should not even step foot in this scam of a place. Their disrespect would be laughable if it wasn't so enraging More

We bought our vehicle and was charged 500$ for an illegal GPS system which they told us we would have to replace in a year. We got a warning to update and when we tried it told us to contact the dealership a GPS system which they told us we would have to replace in a year. Recently purchased a used CX3 and have been happy so far with the attention and service from Cesar, Adam, Bradley and all the others in the dealership. They made a nice personal touch in making the purchas with the attention and service from Cesar, Adam, Bradley and all the others in the dealership. I would give a zero star if I had a choice this company is a scam they blatantly lied on their posting their description of the ford F150 Truck did not match with the vehicle that I have RECEIVED. Great condition inside and out". HOWEVER, when I received the vehicle it was the total opposite. It had multiple scratches, windshield damage, inside vehicle damage, rusty spot on the roof, hood damage, AND DOOR DAMMGE, BUMPER DAMAGE, AND THE LIST GOES ON. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! More
