We bought our vehicle and was charged 500$ for an illegal GPS system which they told us we would have to replace in a year. We got a warning to update and when we tried it told us to contact the dealership a GPS system which they told us we would have to replace in a year. These guys are scammers in every way and should not be trusted. We will be filing a police report. More
Recently purchased a used CX3 and have been happy so far with the attention and service from Cesar, Adam, Bradley and all the others in the dealership. I would give a zero star if I had a choice this company is a scam they blatantly lied on their posting their description of the ford F150 Truck did not match with the vehicle that I have RECEIVED. Great condition inside and out". HOWEVER, when I received the vehicle it was the total opposite. It had multiple scratches, windshield damage, inside vehicle damage, rusty spot on the roof, hood damage, AND DOOR DAMMGE, BUMPER DAMAGE, AND THE LIST GOES ON. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! More
I leased a 2021 CX5 from Kramer this spring. The buying/leasing talks with the sales person was exceptional. Everything was very transparent and explained well. I live outside of Calgary and was debating how to get into the city when my new car was ready for delivery. David my salesperson drove out to Speargrass to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. No charge. Later on I had an issue with a tire going flat. The tire ended up needing to be replaced. This was done with no hassle and again no charge to me. I am super pleased with the buying/leasing procedure and followup service. More
Bought a used CX-5 from Kramer. Found marks on the roof. Took the car to Uber Auto body as they suggested. Was told it was a very poorly done hail repair and couldn't have been missed by Krama. I'm not really sure where to start. My experience was incredibly disappointing and I regret buying a vehicle from them. I bought my 2019 CX-5 at the end of June 2020 and prior to purchase I had indicate incredibly disappointing and I regret buying a vehicle from them. I bought my 2019 CX-5 at the end of June 2020 and prior to purchase I had indicated that I was concerned about the tires, they reassured me with their "Smart Choice Program", that I didn't need to worry. I now need to replace my tires 3.5 months after purchase and they have been awful to deal with. When I first brought my concern in, no one in the service department even knew what the "Smart Choice Program" was - in preparation for that I brought in all my paperwork. I was told I'd get a call back... 2 days later, nothing. I called, only to be passed off and then told to come in again. I spoke with a member of their team and expressed my concerns, only to be told to buy winter tires (I get it, but not the point). After an exchange of a couple emails I requested my concerns be sent to the General Manager. Nothing. 2 weeks of being persistent, and 2 weeks of being dismissed repeatedly. More
