Horrible experience. Employed shady slimy sales tactics and outright lied to my wife and I. Screwed us on our trade in. Tried charging $499 for nitrogen in the tires. Service department is rude. Terrible customer service! Went on the lot looking for a used jeep. They didn't have any used ones in stock and that is fine. Went down the street to a Chevrolet dealership to Went on the lot looking for a used jeep. They didn't have any used ones in stock and that is fine. Went down the street to a Chevrolet dealership to just look around. Told the salesman we really wanted a jeep. Salesman said, "No problem! We can bring one in for you!" And they did. They fulfilled every wish we wanted in our jeep. Went back to the jeep dealership with our new jeep to get some accessories/parts. The parts guy couldn't help us so gave us a card to call the more experienced parts guy on Monday. He apologized and sent us on our way. Meanwhile, the owner is there the whole time. Shouldn't he care why people are walking out empty handed?? Guess they have enough customers and do not need our business. We will get our parts and accessories from a jeep dealership who actually cares about customer service. More
