David ordered a transmission, but unfortunately, not a rebuilt one, he had one shipped from Chilliwack that was USED. The transmission did not work. I had to tow my truck from Nelson to Kokanee Ford in Creston. I requested that the used transmission be sent back and a rebuilt one, which I ordered in the first place, be sent. Kokanee Ford refused. They are not taking responsibility for their mistake. I had to tow my truck back to Nelson.....and then learned Kokanee Ford kept 3 parts to my truck, which they are not returning....very disappointed!!! More
