We were in Edmonton on one of the coldest days in Jan 2024. Our vehicle was broken into, passenger rear window smashed out. I phoned Kosh Ford, and Jay in service was amazing..that girl has skills!! The staff at Koch Ford Lincoln managed to get me an appointment for my 8000km servicing rather quickly given it was snow tire season and they were very busy. When I arrived for my appointment I was 30 mins early on a busy morning and the staff still took me in when I pulled into the drive in bay. I felt like the staff and especially the service manager (feel terrible I forget his name) took great care of me and my truck and as a first timer I think I’ve found the dealership I’m going to use for my trucks servicing while I’m in Alberta.
