Oil Change I had dropped my truck in for an oil change early in the morning, and half hour after my appointment should have started she called me (I have many ex I had dropped my truck in for an oil change early in the morning, and half hour after my appointment should have started she called me (I have many experiences that I was the one calling to see if things were done) letting me know that my truck was done and ready to pick up (we had talked in the morning that I would come after my lunch and get dropped off by a friend so I didn't need phone call), but she called anyways and asked if I needed a ride to come grab it. When I got there she had explained everything that they looked at on my truck and made sure I knew that there could be a possibility I will need to change my battery and things that they could help me with seeing if that's what I needed to do. With going the extra step and making sure I was taken care of, she is a wonderful person to have at the Service Desk.. MERRY CHRISTMAS!! More

good service I recently had a couple of minor concerns with my 2015 Murano, namely cold air leaking in on the driver's side and a passenger seat airbag warning lig I recently had a couple of minor concerns with my 2015 Murano, namely cold air leaking in on the driver's side and a passenger seat airbag warning light coming on at inappropriate times. These concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Also my block heater cord was not accessible and this was corrected in a timely manner. While these were all minor irritations, I was impressed by the professional and friendly manner in which I was treated by the service advisor, Zita xxxx and the technition , Dean Wernicke. More
