Above and Beyond Recently i was taking my Mom to a Funeral in Medicine Hat in her Toyota Rav 4 and noticed a very concerning noise coming from the rear passenger tire Recently i was taking my Mom to a Funeral in Medicine Hat in her Toyota Rav 4 and noticed a very concerning noise coming from the rear passenger tire. About a half hour out of Swift Current it became very loud and we needed to stop and find out what was wrong. Since there is not a Toyota dealership in Swift Current we stopped at the Nissan dealership. It was a busy Friday morning but Vel, the service manager,was able to get it in the shop and on a hoist immediately. The service tech, Dean, advised us not to continue our trip, the Main Bearing in the rear wheel was ready to fall off. At this point, Vel started to get the "wheels" rolling on helping us get this resolved. Unfortunately, there was not a Rental car to be found in Swift Current so we were not able to make it to the Funeral. Vel proceeded to arrange for the Toyota dealership in Regina to send a Tow Truck to come to Swift Current and pick up our lame vehicle, have Nissan's shuttle car take us to a restaurant so we were able to eat lunch and pick us up when we were finished. This was all looked after for us with no benefit forthcoming to Knight Nissan. If customer Service is important to you, Knight Nissan is the first place you should look for a vehicle! More
