Started with low tire pressure! I pulled into the service center at Knight Ford because my "low tire pressure light "was on. Long story short-along came Corey and the ending is sitting in my parking lot at home. A very sincere thanks to Corey-who listened to my wants and needs in a new vehicle-and Lawton for the final words. The experience was great. I special thanks to a sweet lady at the front -Deb.....your first interaction should always be important-and she is the right gal. Sandra handled the painful part(money)with a bit of humor and knowledge making the parting with the dollar figure a little more acceptable. On a last note. The feeling of friendliness is apparent throughout the whole complex-a feeling that the customer is important and valued..It was a very 5 star experience..Thanks again....💋💋 More

I then dealt with Wendell and he was so awesome! Very funny guy. Wendell drove an escape similar to the one i wanted to regina so i could make sure that it was the vehicle for me. He helped me get all set up in my vehicle and cracked quite a few jokes along the way! I then talked to misty for finances and she made sure to go through everything in depth as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership! The whole experience was awesome and they were very flexible around my schedule!! Thanks for the new Escape guys! More

MIsty Schon Financial Services Manager was pleasant, providing good information on warranty and financing options. Lawton the Sale Manager provided the only disappointing portion of my purchase experience. While completing the purchase documents, Misty informed me that Lawton wanted me to take my Honda home and that the dealership would detail my vehicle and deliver to me. This was surprising as I lived 6 hours away and Zeb and I had discussed how getting both vehicles was going to be difficult. The call that Saturday morning from Zeb telling me that Lawton wasn't going to deliver my vehicle. I understand how deceptive sales people often toss out empty promises to close a sale but this one had come after I had made the purchase. Lawton sadly wasn't even able to make the call himself to reveal his deceit, leaving that to Zeb. More
