First time going to Knight Ford and it was a great experience. At first when I called to make the appointment, the people were rude on the phone (main desk and quick lane people who answered the phone experience. But when I went to pick it up, Madison was super friendly, informative and polite. He explained about my tire sensors, explained about my “leak”.
