Warranty service We had to have some emergency warranty service done, while in Swift Current for a wedding over New Years. We live over five hours away and had to have We had to have some emergency warranty service done, while in Swift Current for a wedding over New Years. We live over five hours away and had to have our truck towed to the dealership the night before. We called right at 8 am to see if our truck could get checked out so we would at least know if we would be able to get home that day. We were told it couldn't be ran through the scanner until at least 11. We called back at 11:30/11:45 were told it would take at least a week to fix the truck. They didn't offer to get us a rental or recommend a place. We ended up calling back later in the day asking if our warranty covered a rental which it did, and they tried getting us one but enterprise was closed. We ended up having to come back almost two weeks later to get the truck. There was no communication from the dealership, we were they ones who had to call and ask questions and inquire about the status of the parts and vehicle. Terrible customer service. More
