I am very pleased with my experience at Knight Dodge. Kris and Dave went out of their way to help me get into the vehicle that I wanted, not just a vehicle to make a sale. Kris went through all of the information with me regarding my financing, and Dave spent a lot of time talking with me about the process and explaining all the functions of my new vehicle. I have got to two different dealerships recentl, and was made to feel that what I wanted wasn't obtainable. When I went to Knight Dodge these two guys by far have made my experience so wonderful, that I wil definately recommend them to friends and family. More

Went to this dealership after being refereed by another, to order a module and have it installed for my headlight. Rather than order the part, they insisted I pay $130 to have the problem diagnosed agai to order a module and have it installed for my headlight. Rather than order the part, they insisted I pay $130 to have the problem diagnosed again first. Not surprisingly, it was the module. They then told me they would order it and call me. 3 weeks later, they never called me. I gave up. They told me they forgot. More
