When I arrived I was greeted by the service lady (sorry I did not get the name). We were offered the shuttle to anywhere we wanted to spend the waiting time (1 hour as promised). The shuttle then picked us up and delivered us back to the dealership. Driver was pleasant and funny! I have dealt with Knight Dodge in the past and will continue to do so.
