SO HAPPY This was our first time buying from a dealership and we were not sure what to expect. My husband went in on Friday Dec 18 to inquire about a Jeep Com This was our first time buying from a dealership and we were not sure what to expect. My husband went in on Friday Dec 18 to inquire about a Jeep Compass for me. He spoke with Jeff and Jeff had him tell me to come in for a test drive. I went in on Saturday and the next thing I know Jeff's handing me the keys and tells me to take it home for THE WEEKEND (? I didn't even know that was possible). While I was there Colin started on the financing end of it just in case. 20 minutes into the test drive I'd already made my decision. Monday morning I was sitting in Travis's office signing the papers. Jeff was incredibly friendly (and why wouldn't he be? He IS from 'Friendly Manitoba' my old stomping ground. We had an instant connection) and helpful. Being that it was Christmas and we had extra add-ons it was going to be a week before I could pick my Jeep up. Jeff was great at keeping me posted as to how the work was going. When I finally did pick up my Jeep Jeff made sure to go over every aspect that I needed to know. I was especially impressed when Jeff called me afterwards to check up on how I was enjoying the Jeep and if I was happy (sooooo happy). Needless to say I am head over heels in love with....my Jeep. (betchya thought I was going to say Jeff. Jeff this, Jeff that. Geez, enough about Jeff. ;) Just kidding Jeff was truly awesome.) The entire atmosphere was friendly and layed back. Everyone in the dealership was incredibly fun and friendly. At one point someone accidentally let out a burp and Jeff just gave a look and was like "Really?" It didn't bother me at all, I just laughed, it was great. I have already given them a heads up that we'd be back to buy my husband his truck from them. Recommend. Recommend. Recommend. P.S. I can't wait till summer to use my Bocce Ball set and my hammock that they threw in on the deal. P.P.S Hey guys, let me know when I can pick up my hot tub that I'm gonna win on that draw ;) More

We would defiantly make the trip to Swift Current in the future if we were in the market for another vehicle. More
Service When I called I was not impressed as my vehicle is new and the lady on the phone did not seem to want to help me out. I had to request assistance more than once before she would speak to someone who was qualified to make a decision at which point I was able to come in to have the service manager check it out. Nick was very good and friendly and checked my vehicle and removed a stone in the brakes. My vehicle had a very loud noise when driving and I did not want to drive it very much or on the highway as I was afraid I may cause more damage if it was not looked at soon to determine the problem, I know that this is a busy time and you were short staffed but I wanted to make sure I had nothing seriously wrong with my Jeep and that it was ok to drive it. More

My tire repair experience. I went to go to work on Monday morning, after my vehicle had sat all weekend, and discovered a low tire. I called the Dodge dealership and they made I went to go to work on Monday morning, after my vehicle had sat all weekend, and discovered a low tire. I called the Dodge dealership and they made an appointment for me to get it fixed. When I brought it in, I asked them about the tire repair/replacement warranty and how that would work with this repair. They looked it up for me and found out that I would not have to pay for it, and repaired it in a timely manner. The people I dealt with for plight and went out of their way to answer any and all questions I had. I would definitely recommend this Dodge dealership to anyone! More

The service staff was friendly, courteous, professional, fun to talk to and efficient when working on our truck. I am very pleased with the their service. I was also asked by various sales/management staff if we were being looked after while we waited. I would like to send a special thanks to Will for taking a few moments from his schedule to pass along greetings and talk trucks with me, he certainly added a quality value to the service being provided along with a personal touch.
