The salesperson (Miranda) was helpful and even though it was her first sale, she was professional and tried to answer all of our questions. We did have a hiccup between Sales and Finance, but once I called and Talked to Colin the finance manager, even though he had not dealt with me, he took over and made it his mission to make us happy, which he did. We have been looking for a truck for a couple of months now and have not been treated with the kindness and respect that the consumer expects. I even had trouble at another Knight dodge location, we had none of that here.I find going to dealerships can be awesome or a nightmare, I am glad to say Miranda and Colin were awesome and if I am looking for another vehicle will definitely go back.
