2016 Ram Eco Diesel I would like to thank Justine Cherpin and the rest of the staff at Knight Dodge in Swift Current for helping us with my purchase of a 2016 Ram 1500 Ec I would like to thank Justine Cherpin and the rest of the staff at Knight Dodge in Swift Current for helping us with my purchase of a 2016 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. Justine and the rest of the staff that we dealt with worked very hard to help us find a truck that fit our needs, as well as my wish list. During this process, Justine and two other staff members ended up staying well past closing time in order for us to decide on the truck that we wanted. At no point did we feel pressured into a decision, or like we where being pushed out the door because of what time it was. I found Justine to be knowledgable and honest with the product that they sell. As far as the truck, I am very happy with it. The truck rides and drives very well. Long Distance Relationship Being a network administrator, I tend to do a lot of things via email. Snooping around on the web, I found vehicle I was interested in, so I filled in Being a network administrator, I tend to do a lot of things via email. Snooping around on the web, I found vehicle I was interested in, so I filled in the online form. I usually only expect to get a response days later. To my surprise Braiden sent me a reply quickly and thus began our "Long Distance Relationship". Braiden replied to all my emails promptly and gave reasons why he was slow on few. ( He does have other customers). Braiden's emails where clear and was able to answer all questions without being pushy. We made arrangements for us the drive from Saskatoon to Swift Current to view the Jeep, and Braiden was expecting us and had the Jeep ready for us to take it on test drive and quick tour of Swift Current. We ended up purchasing the Jeep at the agreed price negotated via email. I would recommend dealing with Knight Dodge in Swift Current and make a point of asking for Braiden. You will not be disappointed. As a side note, Colin in financing was the icing on the cake. Professional and Fun! More

Great Overall Experience! I first talked to Travis. He was friendly and gave me all my options. My credit isn't great but he was able to help me. Once I was approved I picked a day to make the trip to pick up my vehicle. I currently live six hours away. Everyone was great to deal with. Very friendly atmosphere. That evening we realized that the heat was stuck on one setting. Meaning no defrost or AC. Since I picked it up late on a Saturday we had to wait to take it back Monday morning. I went in Monday morning and it didn't take long for them to put me in a loaner for the week so I could come home and work while they fixed it. Again they kept in contact the whole time. Came back the next weekend and everything was ready to go. I absolutely would and will recommend going to Knight Dodge. My next vehicle will be from them as well. More
