I don't live in town, so when my vehicle is in the shop, I'm on foot. I use my truck for work, so I rarely have the time to leave it at the shop for any length of time. I called to schedule my truck to get the headliner glued back in, as it has been problematic lately, and they fit me in on fairly short notice. I also said since it will be in the shop, I may as well get my oil changed and tires rotated. Unfortunately they changed my oil and rotated the tires, but said it would take too long to look at the headliner. The headliner was my priority, not theirs. I can get my oil changed anywhere, but the whole reason I took it there was for the specialty work. A bit frustrating. More
