Warranty Issue - Leaking Sunroof I had my Jeep GC in a couple weeks previous to check out leaking sunroof. A rubber seal (?) was ordered. I received a phone call (on the Monday) to advise it was in and I could book an appointment.. The earliest was that Friday. We were expecting more heavy rains that week so I would be unable to use my Jeep if it did rain (I had been dealing with this already for the past couple weeks since the part had been ordered.) The gentleman in the Service Dept. was kind enough to check how much time would be required and was able to get me in later in that afternoon (4:30PM) as it was only a half hour job. I was a happy Jeep owner! Thank you. I had another vehicle make (not Jeep/Dodge) previous to buying the Jeep and I received excellent service from that particular make's dealership. I really was concerned about the level of customer service I would receive when I purchased my Jeep. So far, I can honestly say I haven't had a problem with the service. I hope it continues. More
