Jeep purchase Follow-up appointment with my jeep, I was told the wrong day for my appointment by my salesman, vehicle sat from 7am until 1pm (only supposed to be a Follow-up appointment with my jeep, I was told the wrong day for my appointment by my salesman, vehicle sat from 7am until 1pm (only supposed to be a 30 min appointment) when I finally called to look into it, was passed from one team member to the next as the blame fell from one persons hands to the next but no one seemed to want to own up or actually explain. Was in contact via text with Justine who told me it was ready, then told me they couldn't find my keys (which were in the drop box) then told me it would be 30 minutes (when they hadn't even started on the vehicle), then stopped responding to my texts all together when I asked for someone to please give me a straight answer. Finally received a call an hour and a half later from service that I could pick the vehicle up. Still no response or follow-up from my salesman. More
